Summary of the Pro Football League (PFL) General Rules:

Account Verification

Requirement: Verify account with gaming ID (e.g., PSN ID, Xbox Gamertag) in the My Profile section. All accounts must be linked on your profile in order to participate

Match Lineups and Player Contracts

Lineup Submission: Must be submitted before scheduled match time. If not done first warning and second time default

Player Contracts: All players must be contracted to the correct team. If playing with unsigned players automatic default

Default Claim: Requires in-game image of opponent's gamertags.

Gameplay Regulations

Mandatory Positions: Goalkeeper and Any (except for Premium members and teams playing with 11 players).

Match Termination: Allowed under specific conditions (e.g., lag issues, no goals scored). If Lag teams can only leave within the 10th min mark any goals scored will continue for 2nd game

Maximum Squad Size: 20 players (Unlimited for Premium members).

Rescheduling Restrictions

Reschedule 6 hours before kick-off with admin approval or default and maximum usage 5x every season per competition. Once you have rescheduled a game, you can not reschedule the same game twice. You can't reschedule the last week and the first week of the season.

Default Claims Deadline: Any claims for default must be submitted by Midnight 00:00 UK time same day any submissions after won't be actioned

Time Wasting = Default if proof was given

Standing on goal line during a free kick will result to a Default if proof was given

Any changes or edit on the lineup needs to be updated. Failure will result to a default

Club Name - Must use same team name in club

Red Card - If a player receives a red card they will miss the next match for that specific competition. If caught playing the opponent will receive a default win subject to proof

Reschedules - Once you have rescheduled a game, you can not reschedule the same game twice. You can't reschedule the last week and the first week of the season.

Cup Games - In this proposed schedule, league matches will be suspended during the duration of the cup games, which are set to start at 8 PM on the same days, with no option to call time. Once the cup competition concludes, the remaining league fixtures will be rescheduled and played at the end of the season, ensuring that all teams complete their full set of games despite the interruption. Any delays/lateness that exceed 5 /10 mins will be a first time warning and if happens again a default. After the 10 min mark there will be an automatic default win .

Lateness - If your opponent turns up late to the game, without premium, over 10 minutes late and no communication, a default will occur.

Premium user can only play for max 3 different teams per season to stop player hopper

Twitter and Promotion

Requirement: All teams must have a Twitter account for promotion purposes.

Internal/ External - The PFL will only manage and respond to incidents occurring on our servers. We will not be able to handle or take action on any issues that arise on social media platforms. Unless Racism/Harassment/Discrimination:

Server Requirements

European Servers: Mandatory for all matches.

League System and Transfer Market

Team Folding: If you fold during an active season and you have no replacement automatic ban from PFL. If replaced the admins will approve and you will be free agent all points remain the same

Teams with higher-level experience can join higher levels. Any teams try join lower leagues in order to win will be removed and banned

Promotion/ Relegation system in all levels

Transfer Windows: Open in the 1st and 4th weeks of the season.

Player Stats Submission: Within 24 hours (48 hours for managers).

Management Responsibilities

Contract Length: Must finish the competition you signed up for

Match Results: Must be submitted by 11 pm on match days.

Match Lineups- Submitted before game to avoid default

Heights - If the competition you play in has height restriction rule must clip and provide proof

Players Gamertags- Ensure before going into games your team is following rules and player accounts done

Fair Play and Conduct

Zero Tolerance: For bullying, harassment, discrimination. Anyone caught will take action including ban

Reporting Incidents: Must include detailed proof and context.

Consequences: Ban lengths vary based on the severity of the incident.

Cheating

All claims must be sent by 11pm UK during game day any submissions after won't be considered

Penalties: Warnings, goal removals, player bans.

Prohibited Actions: Speed up lag glitch and Paneka penalties

Default Losses

Authorised Issuers: Deputies and League Admins

Default Score: 3-0.

Ban Lengths

Team Folding: 3 full seasons as a player; permanent management ban. Unlock Premium for unban

Racism/Harassment/Discrimination: Permanent ban.

Multiple Accounts: Ban.

Entry Fees: Non-refundable once paid, used for cash prizes and running costs. We offer many payments methods such as Paypal and Bank Transfer
